Folllow these instructions and you will be on your way to personalizing your iPhone ringtones.

  2. If you want to only use part of the song, Right-click the song and select “Get Info.” Now Click the “Options” tab, and then edit the start time of your ringtone in the text box next to “Start Time” and “End Time” (if desired).
  3. Then click ok.
  4. Right-click your song again and select “Convert Selection to AAC”. Wait for iTunes to convert your song. It will create a duplicate version.
  5. Right click the duplicate and select “Show in windows explorer.”
  6. Now leave that window open and go back to itunes, delete the duplicate, and select “keep files”
